Welcome to Stepping Stones Counselling

A supportive, non-judgemental space for your journey

Life can feel overwhelming at times. You may be struggling with anxiety, feeling low, facing challenges in your relationships, or simply finding it harder to cope than usual. Whatever has brought you here, you don't have to face it alone.

At Stepping Stones Counselling, we offer a warm, supportive, and confidential space where you can talk openly about what's going on for you. We understand that reaching out for counselling can feel daunting, especially if it's your first time. That's why we aim to make the process as comfortable and welcoming as possible from the very beginning.

Based near Folkestone, Kent, we work with children, young people and adults, offering both face-to-face and online counselling sessions.

You don't need to have all the answers before starting counselling. Sometimes it simply helps to have a safe space to talk and someone alongside you as you make sense of what you're experiencing.

If you'd like to find out more, please get in touch. We offer a free initial telephone call so we can introduce ourselves, answer any questions, and explore how we might be able to support you. By doing this we hope it helps to make you feel more at ease before we have our first session.
